Allana first represented Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. After suffering several knee injuries through time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana was the first to play in a women's rugby union game that was played in New South Wales and was the main focus of the match that was played against Queensland. Allana has also been a regular radio host, and is regularly as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has a lot to offer, not only a sportswoman but also a teacher with a degree in education, has an extensive background outside sport. Allana Ferguson is the only Australia player to represent Australia in rugby sevens and the rugby league, as well as touch.
